Massimo is born in Napoli (south Italy) but was soon ken to start travelling and
experiencing new cultures, live in Monaco (south French) which she loves incorporating into her dishes.
During her years in the catering industry Massimo has amassed numerous qualifications
in 15 years of experience, including NYQ 1, 2 & 3 and diploma in Diet nutrition
however she is also involved in other
pursuits related to yachting, gaining her Yacht Master 200 qualification and
PADI OPEN WATER DIVING. Massimo has worked as part of team in several stars
Restaurant & Hotels, as a private Chef for high profile client within their
estates and on many notable Sailing & Motor Yachts, including S/Y CORELIA,
M/Y PARAM JAMUNA IV, M/Y AXIOMA and S/Y
MONDANGO.
Massimo has travelled all over the World whit work and has gained an
impressive culinary repertoire, Mediterranean, Asian, Oriental, vegetarian and
Kosher foods, she is more capable for special dietary requirements and dose so
calmly and professionally. During his free time he enjoys Scuba Diving, Kite
Surf, Yoga and exploring fresh local market.
